My Review of Naturium Marshmallow Root Barrier Balm
I love a rich, glossy cream, especially at this time of year, and this new launch to the UK certainly ticks all those boxes. It feels super hydrating and although its aim is to create an occlusive barrier over the skin, it doesn’t feel heavy or at all sticky, which is great. It really feels like it sinks in.
This formula helps to lock everything in, so it is perfect to layer over your serums, and I find if I pop this on last thing at night, my skin looks dewy and soft, and feels juicy and bouncy in the morning.
I have only been using this for a few days, but it’s an instant win, and it will be perfect if your skin is feeling compromised or sensitive, or if you are using actives ingredients like Retinol, and you just want to make sure your skin has some extra comfort.
It’s the perfect addition to your regime if you tend to lean towards dryness in the winter, or you simply love a rich and restorative cream.
